Integrated dual-channel precision amplifier, with the function of "auto zero detection". Built-in large-scale CPLD programmable logic chip, which can carry out high-speed computing, and real-time processing. Full CNC adjustment and calibration, providing SingleAD software interface.
Modular design is adopted for the software. Configured with displacement, force, deformation (or stress, strain), and metal stretching and other control methods, which can also use the program editor in the software to self-compile some multistep control programs. The test data are automatically analyzed and processed according to the corresponding standards, meanwhile the tensile strength, yield strength, modulus of elasticity and stipulated non-proportional extension strength RP0.2, etc. can be calculated out. The "batch processing" program in the software package can conduct the statistics and comparison of results and curves for a batch of specimens. The test data is managed by databases, providing a several user-defined items, so as to meet some specific requirements. Flexible and diverse forms of report editing modes (including Word, Excel, and advanced customization), allowing users to print a satisfactory report.
